Hi, I’m Ross McGinnes, a photographer and digital content consultant from Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire.
Originally from the Wirral, I moved here in 2005. Surrounded by such magnificent countryside I swiftly invested in a decent camera, and currently use a Canon 5D MkII.
During a steep learning curve I gravitated towards capturing everyday urban and rural decay such as rusty skips and abandoned furniture. One of the most satisfying comments I’ve heard about my photography is that I “make the uninteresting, interesting.”
My images have been exhibited and sold in galleries across the north of England, and used by the organisations below. To use an image please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
